Willowstick / Guardian Resources provides non-invasive geophysical assessment services for dams, reservoirs, canals, tailings facilities, and other water infrastructure. Our services use patented Magnetometric Resistivity (MSR) technology for subsurface water pathway mapping, site assessment, and professional written reporting.
Our websites and landing pages facilitate free, no-obligation dam safety consultation requests. Submitting an inquiry form or engaging with our chat system does not create a contract for services and does not establish a professional or advisory relationship.
How to Opt In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Willowstick by: (a) checking the SMS consent checkbox on our inquiry form, or (b) providing your phone number through our chat widget and consenting when prompted by the chat system. Opt-in is always voluntary.
How to Opt Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at [email protected] or (801) 984-9850. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text message and will not receive further SMS messages.
Carrier Limitation: Willowstick / Guardian Resources is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery of messages caused by wireless carriers, network conditions, or your device settings.
By submitting your email address through our inquiry forms or chat system, you consent to receive email communications from Willowstick / Guardian Resources, including information about dam safety, federal grant programs, and our assessment services.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. Transactional emails (appointment confirmations, direct responses to your inquiry) are not affected by unsubscribe requests.
Submission of an inquiry form, engagement with our chat system, or receipt of information from Willowstick does not create an engineer-client, attorney-client, or any other professional relationship. Information provided through our websites, landing pages, and communications is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute engineering, legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
A professional engagement relationship is established only upon the execution of a written service agreement signed by both parties.
